Assembly

The assembly process – quality over quantity.

At Patria, bicycles are literally built by hand. No more than one or two craftsmen are involved in the building and assembly of each bicycle. Through this minimal division of labour every worker assumes more responsibility.

To ensure maximum quality our assemblers never use pneumatic tools, which simply do not offer the required level of precision. Instead, as with frame building, the emphasis here is placed on hand crafting.

The difference is in the details.

In the assembly of Patria bikes great attention is given to every detail. Only well known and time-tested components primarily from European manufacturers are used.

After all, it’s important to us that you will be able to find the replacement parts you need for your bicycle many years “down the road”. V2A (Nirosta) stainless steel screws and bolts are used wherever possible. Patria is also close enough to its suppliers to work in co-operation and suggest product improvements or adaptations if necessary. From frame building to assembly Patria guarantees quality, down to the finest detail.
